Wallet safety before, during, and after launch. How login works and how launch wallets are handled.
Login signature
The connected Phantom wallet remains under user control. Login signs a text message, and Vaytric never receives its private key or seed phrase. If a login prompt shows a transaction or transfer instead of a plain text message, reject it.
Launch wallets
Wallets you create or import in Vaytric are server-managed. Their keys are encrypted server-side and used to sign actions you request; standard launch wallets can be exported and withdrawn. Back them up before deleting anything because deletion is permanent. Use Vaytric Mixer when you need to fund many wallets at once.
Stop immediately if
- A page asks for your Phantom seed phrase or recovery phrase.
- A login prompt shows a token or SOL transfer instead of a message to sign.
- A transaction prompt does not match the action you clicked.
- Someone in Telegram or Discord asks you to share your private keys.
Remember: Solana transactions are irreversible once confirmed. When in doubt, reject the prompt and ask in our support channel.
