Returns and replacements
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unopened items in original condition and original packaging.
For safety and quality reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a delivery photo, and a photo of the issue.
After review, we may send a replacement, refund the order, or ask for the item to be returned.
